大阪芸術大学・映像学科卒。’99年～’06年、関西の人気劇団「劇団赤鬼」にて看板俳優として活躍。クールな存在感とストレートかつエネルギッシュな演技に評価が高い。また印象的な声も持ち味。舞台・映画と多方面への出演が多く、幅広い年齢層にファンを持つ。また自身でも舞台や映像作品をプロデュースする。2016年、YouTubeアンバサダーになりサンフランシスコのYouTube本社でのサミットに参加。
